COURSE DESCRIPTION: Masters of International Hospitality Management
The Master of International Hospitality Management degree program focuses on developing globally-minded general management and leaderships skills from a hospitality perspective. This two year entrepreneurial program has been developed for those with a minimum of four years of hospitality management experience at the supervisory level without a bachelor degree or for those with a bachelor degree and no supervisory experience seeking a management position within the hospitality industry. Core courses introduce students to global operations, human resource management, strategic principles, service quality management, and risk and contingency management among other key concepts.
Built within the program is a six month hospitality business internship for students to apply these principles to practical experience within a hospitality organization. Students are placed with partner organizations in Australia and worldwide such as Intercontinental Hotel Groups® and Soiftel® Accor Hotels & Resorts. Upon successful completion of the program requirements, students are awarded the Master of International Hospitality Management degree.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: International Hotel and Restaurant Management
The Le Cordon Bleu MBA in International Hotel and Restaurant Management is designed for middle managers currently working in the hospitality industry who want advance to senior management positions at hotels resorts and restaurants. Core courses, developed especially for these managers, focus on the leadership dynamics of problem solving within a complex enterprise, contemporary management concepts, creative and accountable marketing and strategic management. Hospitality management electives allow for a refined concentration in finance, economics, risk and contingency management, service quality management, data analysis and international business.
Graduates are equipped with critical, innovative and creative strategies for successful business operations within the hospitality industry. To allow students to gain further insight into the workings of a hotel, Le Cordon Bleu has developed the computed based teaching method - Ramsden Alpha Hotel Simulation. Through this new and engaging concept of training, students make managerial decisions, produce plans and implement strategies. The Le Cordon Bleu Master of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management is awarded upon successful completion the program requirements.
